I selected Thompson's Estate Services after talking with several other estate sale services and I feel blessed to have asked Jessica and Jamie to handle my "downsizing" sale. I was not only selling and downsizing to a smaller home, but I had to let go of personal possessions that held memories and meant a great deal to me. Jessica and Jamie were sensitive and respectful of my feelings and made my transition as easy as they possibly could. They were very professional right from the start. They have a broad understanding of the value of items, and have good resources for establishing values of unique items.They kept me informed daily during the sale. After the sale they gave me the option of keeping or donating the remaining items. They offer an additional cleaning service, which was invaluable to me, since I had moved out of town. They removed garbage, delivered left-over items to donation sites, and provided receipts for tax purposes. They left my home very clean for my buyer. I highly recommend Jamie and Jessica Thompson for any estate/downsizing sale. They are "good people" and very professional, competent and easy to work with. I don't believe your things could be in better hands.
