Post-Sale Clean-Out

All Clients who choose our general services to conduct an Estate sale will receive post-sale clean-up services. This includes: Organized left-over items prepared for you in the event you would like to handle these yourself; trash from sale removed; broom swept rooms.

Standard Clean-Out

Most clients choose the Standard Clean-Out package for an additional charge. This service includes full home clean-out, leftover items donated and delivered, and the home broom swept and empty. We can arrange additional services such as: professional cleaning of the home, trash removal, dumpster removal. All additional services are available for an additional charge.

Charity Donations

We love working with our clients to donate to the charity of their choice. Not sure where to donate? Not to worry! We work with charity partners throughout the Portland metro area and can advise you on your best options.
